Ingredients
  1. Thick cut bacon - ask your butcher if you're struggling to find some nice sized bacon 'steaks'
Instructions
  1. Take a beer and pour half of it into yourself.
  2. Convince your mate to clean the hotplate. When he is finished reward him with a cold pint.
  3. On a medium heat hotplate or grill cook your bacon.
  4. Flip those bad boys as often as you want until desired goodness.
  5. Slice and dice into bite sized morsels.
  6. Chef it up onto a plate, make it look amazing.
  7. IMPORTANT - take a few for yourself before you pass that plate around :)
Notes
  1. ** If you cook on the rack/raised side of your grill you can get fancy. Alternate and turn the bacon while cooking to get those delightful char marks. Your guests will think you're a golden god.
  2. ** If the bacon is mostly ready except for the rind: be brave and stack them on top of each other, all the rind on the same side. Scoop them up with the tongs and lay the rind side face on the heat - be sure to crackle up that rind!
